# Workspaces

Workspaces in Formberry serve as the highest level of organization in our platform. 

They provide users with a powerful way to manage and structure your projects, departments or clients. 

With workspaces, you can collaborate with teammates and clients and clients while staying organized. 🍓

## Creating a Workspace

Formberry's permission settings allow you to grant appropriate access to team members or clients, ensuring data security and control.&#x20;


# Form Views

Formberry currently offers two form views:

1. Multi-step View (like Typeform)
2. Linear View (like Google Forms)

## How Views Work

Our Linear View provides a straightforward and familiar format, similar to Google Forms. It's great for creating simple forms or surveys. Here's how it works:

* Start by adding questions one after the other, creating a linear flow.
* Users progress through the form, answering questions sequentially.
* Ideal for straightforward data collection with minimal branching or complexity.

The Multi-step View, inspired by Typeform, is perfect for more complex forms that require a user-friendly, step-by-step approach. Here's how it works:

* Each step reveals a portion of the form, keeping users engaged and focused.
* Ideal for longer forms, surveys, or when you need to create a conversational user experience.

## Selecting a View

Here are some considerations to help you select the right view for you:

**Form Complexity:** For simple forms, the Linear view is quick and efficient. For complex forms with branching logic, consider the Multi-step view.

# Create a Form

# Design Settings

Here is a list of design settings so you know exactly how to make your form beautiful:

1. Color picker for text, buttons, background and details
2. Button shape

4. Add logo (Basic plan only)

## Themes

You can also save and reuse themes.&#x20;

Before saving your theme, make sure you love your design settings! Otherwise you can edit your theme accordingly.


# Custom Subdomain

In Formberry, we give you 3 options to customize your form URLs. &#x20;

1. Default subdomain&#x20;

# Logic

**Set up your logic:**

1\. Select a Question: Click on the question you want to add logic to.

2\. Set Up Conditions: In the logic panel, click on “Add Logic”. Here, you can set conditions based on the respondent’s answers. For example, if they select “Yes” to a question, you can direct them to a specific follow-up question.

3\. Define the Jump: Choose the question you want to jump to based on the condition. You can set up multiple conditions and jumps for each question.

**Test Your Logic**

1\. Preview Your Form: After setting up your logic, it’s essential to test your form to ensure the logic flows as expected. Click on “Preview” to see how the form behaves with different answers.

2\. Make Adjustments: If the logic doesn’t work as intended, go back to the logic panel and make the necessary adjustments.

# Permissions

**Formberry Tip:** Workspaces are private by default. You can make them public only by adding a collaborator to your workspace.

How to add end screens?

You can add an end screen at the bottom left of the form editor.&#x20;
